The customer needed to capture decades of process knowledge that lived in a handful of senior engineers. We deployed KnowKit, ran two paid workshops to seed the knowledge base, and produced a reference case for similar manufacturers facing the same retirement cliff. The plant ran on paper travelers passed between stations. Customer inquiries took 30 minutes because someone had to walk the floor. We digitized the traveler, connected it to the existing ERP, and rolled out tablets on the line. Inquiry response dropped to 30 seconds. Staged delivery in 12 weeks, no big-bang risk.

The customer was drowning in PDFs and email attachments from B2B buyers. We built an AI order intake layer that extracts line items, matches them to ERP master data, and hands the human a confirm-and-correct view. No black box. The team accepts about 80 percent of suggestions, edits the rest, and books the order without retyping.

The customer wanted a customer-facing B2B portal without waiting for the ERP modernization to land. We scoped a Shopify B2B MVP that connects to the existing landscape through clean interfaces, so the storefront ships now and survives the ERP work later. Decoupled by design.
