I am the founder and co-managing director of H2W Consulting and H2W Labs. We work with industrial manufacturers across Europe and North America on ERP modernization, process redesign, and applied AI.
The companies I serve have been running ERP for ten to fifteen years. They know what works and what does not. They have lived through one or two big projects and they want the next decision to be the right one. Most of my work sits in that conversation: what to keep, what to replace, what to leave alone for now.
H2W Consulting handles the ERP and transformation side. Infor LN and CloudSuite implementations, migrations, optimizations, training, and staff augmentation. The team is roughly twenty consultants spread across Germany, the United States, and partner networks in Eastern Europe and India.
H2W Labs is the product and cloud unit. We build KnowKit for knowledge retention, Edge Apps that connect to Infor LN, and custom AI applications on AWS Bedrock. We are an AWS Partner. Labs is younger and growing into a meaningful piece of the business.
I started in industrial ERP as a consultant, ran projects across Europe, then built my own practice when it became clear that the firms in this space were not built for the way manufacturers actually want to buy. Founder-led, in the room, no theater. That is still the model.

I show up to the first meeting and the last meeting. The team you meet is the team you get. No bait and switch.
Pattern recognition over tooling.
Most ERP and AI problems look new to the customer and familiar to me. The job is to recognize the pattern fast and tell the customer what is actually going to happen.
Boring, working systems.
I build things that work on a Monday morning when nobody is paying attention. Glamorous demos are easy. Operations are what counts.
Three entities, one practice.
Each company carries the engagements where it is best positioned. The team and the playbook are shared. Founder-led business development from Ulm and South Miami, delivery across both regions.
